Red Recruitment is recruiting a Fractional Commercial Director to join an established, fast-growing multi-channel business based in Bristol.
Your tasks
Working closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director, you will help shape business strategy, optimise commercial opportunities and oversee the delivery of significant projects within an ambitious private-sector sales and service operation.
Key Responsibilities of a Fractional Commercial Director
- Identify and optimise commercial opportunities across a multi-channel business
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director to shape business strategy
- Provide oversight of significant projects, ensuring delivery remains aligned with business objectives
- Support the development and performance of an ambitious sales and service function
- Translate strategic priorities into practical actions that support sustainable growth
Requirements
Key Skills and Experience of a Fractional Commercial Director:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Director or equivalent senior leadership role within the private sector
- A strong track record of identifying commercial opportunities and delivering business growth
- Experience supporting sales and service operations, ideally within a multi-channel business
- Ability to oversee significant projects and manage competing business priorities
- Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
- A commercially focused, hands-on approach, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery
What we offer
Package for a Fractional Commercial Director
- Day Rate: £650-£1,000
- Hours: Two or three days per week
- Contract Type: Fractional
- Location: Head office, Bristol
