MCN TALENT & HOST INCUBATION MANAGER
Your tasks
We are seeking an experienced MCN Talent & Host Incubation Manager to develop and manage our content creator and livestreaming talent network.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard livestream hosts, influencers, and digital content creators.
- Develop structured training programs for livestreaming, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Support creators in personal branding, content positioning, and monetization strategies.
- Manage creator schedules, livestream activities, and performance reviews.
- Analyze performance indicators, including audience engagement, traffic growth, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
- Monitor industry trends and platform developments to improve creator performance.
- Develop long-term relationships with content creators and digital talent partners.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Experience in MCN operations, livestreaming management, influencer marketing, or talent management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and social commerce ecosystems.
- Good communication, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze creator performance and develop improvement strategies.
