Your profile
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in a context of structuring or high growth
- You have already supported a company in its transition from an entrepreneurial logic to a structured sales organization
- Comfortable with KPIs, data, and performance management
- Natural leadership, a taste for field coaching, and the ability to grow very different teams
- Ability to influence and unite teams without a direct hierarchical link (e.g., SAV/Maintenance teams)
- Fluent English is essential (international Group context)
