Role Overview

We are hiring a Software Engineer to work on front-end, back-end, data interface, and project delivery related development for our platform products. You will contribute tocore platform functionality while also supporting real customer projects,including systems integration, deployment delivery, and troubleshooting.

This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to use AI coding tools such as ClaudeCode, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, and GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency. You will also help establish practical AI-assisted development workflows suitable for team collaboration. AI is not the core domain of this role, but it will be an important tool for improving productivity in daily engineering, testing, refactoring, documentation, and project delivery.

KeyResponsibilities

1. Platform Product and Back-endDevelopment

• Participate in back-end service development for data center intelligent operations, digital twin, data integration, and optimization platforms.
• Design and implement APIs, business logic, data processing workflows, and systems integration modules.
• Contribute to foundational platform capabilities such as database design, interface design, access control, task scheduling, logging, and monitoring.

1. Front-end and Full-stack FeatureDevelopment

• Develop platform front-end features, data dashboards, configuration pages, operation interfaces, andproject delivery pages.
• Work with product, design, algorithm, and project teams to translate business requirements into stable, clear, and maintainable product features.
• Pay close attention to user experience, page performance, component reuse, and consistency between front-end and back-end interfaces.

1. Project Delivery and SystemsIntegration

• Support platform deployment, configuration, data onboarding, interface integration testing, and on-site troubleshooting in customer projects.
• Integrate with on-site systems such as BMS/DCIM, third-party platforms, RESTful APIs, databases, files, or other data sources as required by each project.
• Write data processing logic, integration scripts, data validation tools, and delivery support utilities according to project requirements.

1. AI Coding and Engineering Workflow

• Use AI coding tools effectively for requirement breakdown, code generation, refactoring, test case generation, issue diagnosis, and technical documentation.
• Design practical AI-assisted development workflows, including task decomposition, context management, code review, test validation, regression checks, and clear human confirmation boundaries.
• Build lightweight harnesses as needed, such as API tests, data parsing validators, front-end/back-end integration checks, code quality checks, and project delivery verification tools.
• Maintain strong engineering judgment when reviewing AI-generated code, with attention to readability, maintainability, boundary conditions, exception handling, security, and long-term technical debt.

1. Engineering Quality and TeamCollaboration

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, architecture improvements, test strategy planning, and production issue reviews.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, API documentation, deployment instructions, and project delivery records.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm, data science, project delivery, customer, and vendor teams to drive feature development and project delivery to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field.
• For Software Engineer: at least 3 years of software development experience. For Senior Software Engineer: at least 6 years of software development experience, with some experience in technical solution design or technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one web framework such as FastAPI, Django, orFlask.
• Solid front-end development experience, with familiarity in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, andmodern front-end engineering practices.
• Familiarity with SQL database ssuch as PostgreSQL/MySQL, as well as common NoSQL, caching, or time-series data processing scenarios.
• Familiarity with Docker, basic Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git workflows, and common deployment processes.
• Good software engineering discipline, with emphasis on code quality, testing, maintainability, observability, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively in daily development and to review, test, and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate clearly with product, engineering, project,customer, and vendor stakeholders.

PreferredQualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, orAzure.
• Familiarity with time-series databases such as InfluxDB, streaming processing, data ingestion, data quality validation, or observability systems.
• Experience in data centers, industrial IoT, BMS/DCIM, equipment monitoring, energy efficiency optimization, or simulation platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, access control systems, multi-tenant systems, or enterprise SaaS platform development.
• Experience with agentic coding,AI-assisted engineering, harness engineering, or team-level AI coding work flow development.
• Experience in technical writing, project delivery, customer communication, or rapid PoC/demo prototyping.
