The Marketing team at Red Bull UK is a group of creative communicators and coordinators who drive awareness and excitement of the brand via advertising campaigns and projects within sport, gaming, and culture.
Your tasks
Join us for our 18 months Graduate Program starting in 2027
This role offers the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of Marketing at Red Bull UK, with rotations within the Brand Team and Media Network across Paid, Earned, Managed and Owned channels.
You will be instrumental in delivering engaging campaigns which resonate with our key 18-34 y/o audience, working with the full team to explore unique ways we can engage with our consumers.
Within Brand Marketing, you will be part of the Advertising Team, supporting the development and delivery of high-profile campaigns. You will build expertise in campaign planning, audience targeting, creative development, media strategy and performance measurement, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns effectively support wider marketing objectives.
During your rotation within the Media Network, you will contribute to the execution of key sporting, gaming and culture initiatives that are central to Red Bull’s brand presence. This includes supporting owned channel development, delivering social media activations and helping bring innovative content and experiences to life.

The Graduate Program runs from the 5th July 2027 to 29th December 2028. You must be available for the whole duration of the program. The role will close on Monday 26th October at 12pm. Applications close at 12:00pm on Monday, 26 October.
