Your tasks

RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE

• Embrace and live the On Premise culture, showing yourself to be a person of credibility, experienced, and possessing influential relationships.
• Live and breathe nightlife, performing routes and visiting clients.
• Engage key consumers through innovative activations that differentiate Red Bull from other beverages, working with the bar staff team and the on premise marketing team.

TERRITORY MANAGEMENT

• Develop and protect channel accounts in the region through permanent business analysis.
• Correctly position the Red Bull brand and the Red Bull product portfolio in the territory, through negotiating execution with clients.
• Identify, care for, and continuously develop local and regional On Premise accounts through proper route planning.
• Ensure alignment with the Distributor Sales Force, in order to achieve adequate numerical distribution, working and performing routes together with the distributor team.
• Conduct continuous training with the Staff to ensure correct brand understanding.

ADMINISTRATION

• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements based on a win-win relationship.
• Commit to the sending and preparation of various reports, being a person committed to deadlines.
• Manage the local On-premise channel Budget, planning and monitoring the use of resources.

ON PREMISE MARKETING

• Put the On Premise marketing strategy into practice using the appropriate tools (point of sale materials) to drive vertical growth.
• Ensure that all marketing tools are used according to international guidelines, working aligned with the business plan.
• Engage and differentiate the brand through innovative support following the On Premise vision of bringing added value to clients.

Requirements

Are you one of those who enjoys nightlife and also wants to be an indispensable business consultant for your clients? If so, you are a Mosqueteiro. At Red Bull, you will develop sales and brand in the On Premise channel based on business creation through relationships, investments, marketing actions, and merchandising with nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants in the Zona Leste of São Paulo.

• Completed higher education
• Experience in the On Premise and/or Events areas
• Essential to have an active and valid CNH - B
• Intermediate English
• Desirable mastery of the Office Package, especially Power Point and Excel
