Within the On Premise department, you will play a central role in the development and brand awareness of the brand. Negotiate and manage partnerships with organizers, in connection with commercial and marketing stakes. Build and deploy event activation plans in consistency with the national Business Plan and sales development objectives. Negotiate and guarantee the best brand positioning at events: visibility, product presence, consumption areas, brand experiences, etc. Build business plans for supported events, in collaboration with regional teams. Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal project execution. Ensure performance monitoring and produce post-event reports: volumes, sales, KPIs, and recommendations. Ensure the relay and amplification of projects to the Field On Premise and Off Premise teams to maximize local impact.

RED BULL EVENTS / SPORT & CULTURE MARKETING - 10% Support Red Bull Sport & Culture events regarding commercial and On Premise stakes: Define and activate the sales setup at events: economic model, concessionaire, assortment, pricing, setup, and commercial activation. Manage Opening & Closing Party setups in accordance with the specifications defined by the Marketing teams in charge of the projects. Design and deploy Hospitality spaces for Red Bull guests and partners, respecting budgets and specifications. Definition of food, drinks, programming, setup, branding, and overall experience offers. Support local On Premise teams in the deployment of activation plans and their amplification in the field.

CONSUMER & INDUSTRY ACTIVATIONS - 10% Support sales teams in the design and implementation of activations targeting consumers and On Premise professionals. Develop and deploy Consumer activations aimed at strengthening product relevance, generating trial, and recruiting new consumers. Design the communication, visibility, and activation tools necessary for project deployment. Support the sales force in targeting establishments, placement, visibility, and commercial activation. Develop event experiences for On Premise professionals to strengthen relationships and create an inspiring connection with the brand and the product. Manage the concept, programming, speakers, branding, and overall experience. Guarantee premium execution, compliant with Red Bull standards. Measure results and identify optimization levers.

BUDGET, REPORTING & ASSETS Manage budgets, investments, and contracts related to projects and partnerships. Guarantee relevant and business-oriented investment allocation. Ensure monitoring of main KPIs and production of reporting. Manage stocks and the event equipment fleet to optimize its use and logistical management.

Higher education, ideally a business school or specialized curriculum in events, marketing, or communication. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in event project management and/or partnership development, either client-side or in an agency. Significant experience in the On Premise and event universe (bars, clubs, festivals, nightlife events). Strong skills in event project management, negotiation, and partnership development. Good understanding of commercial stakes, Trade Marketing, and On Premise performance levers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to execution and then to reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to create and develop a professional network. Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and solution-oriented.
