Your tasks
- Monitor the purchase order (POs) cycle: opening, outstanding balances, aging, and closing unused orders.
- Control monthly provisions: gathering information from departments, calculation, follow-up.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of internal orders: opening, changes, blocks, and closing.
- Follow up with Marketing and functional teams to request information, approvals, and deadlines.
- Support reclassifications, reconciliations, and adjustments of marketing investment lines and indirect expenses.
- Keep databases, controls, and operational reports updated.
- Support the team with specific demands and analyses of the closing and planning processes.
Requirements
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Interest in controlling operational routines (POs, provisions, internal orders) and notions of accounting/financial planning;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS);
- Data processing and analysis;
- Cost and performance analysis;
- Monthly closing, planning, and forecast;
- Student of Accounting, Economics, and related fields, with 2 years of internship availability, preferably studying in the night shift;
- Minimum intermediate English.
