Responsibilities and duties You will be responsible for: teaching, preparing lessons within Red Balloons Methodology, aligned to Red Balloons mission, values and vision; managing students in school premises following Red Balloons pedagogical plan and the special needs of every student; The desired professional will: carry Red Balloons teachers characteristics; follow all Red Balloon standards and general guidelines; conduct lessons accordingly, ensuring great learning opportunities for students as well as a safe environment; be required to meet all deadlines; have a growth mindset; be constantly seeking for more information about learning processes and educational updates; attend Local Meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence. Requirements and qualifications Experienced English Teachers, with a degree in Pedagogy, English Language or any field of knowledge; Unexperienced Letras/Pedagogia or any of the educational degrees undergraduates; English levels: B2 , C1 or C2 ; Certificates: Cambridge: First, Advanced, Proficiency; TOEFL; Michigan; Exchange programs; Advanced English certificates; The candidate MUST: enjoy being with children and teens; be committed to the job; be responsible and proactive; be patient, tolerant and have common sense; Additional information We have a package of hour/class + benefits.
