Responsibilities and duties Implement the Red Balloon purpose; Be aligned with the Characteristics of the Red Balloon Coordinator; Apply the Red Balloon Methodology in your Unit; Service to Students and Guardians; Continuous pedagogical support to Teachers; Filling out and organizing all pedagogical protocols; Meet deadlines stipulated by Red Balloon; Conduct Pedagogical Trainings and Formations;

Requirements and qualifications Higher education degree in Pedagogia, Letras, or a related field; Proven experience in pedagogical coordination or a similar role in educational institutions; English Proficiency: C1 (advanced); C2 (proficient); Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills; Passion for education and commitment to the development of students and Teachers; Certificates: Cambridge: First, Advanced, Proficiency; TOEFL; Michigan; Exchange Programs; Advanced English Certificates.
