About the Programme
Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (3–4 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners .
BootCamp Phase
- Duration: 3–4 months
- Full-time, in-person training
- Monthly training allowance provided
- Hands-on projects, pair programming, code reviews, and agile simulations
Deployment Phase
- Duration: 3 years
- Full-time salaried position
- Exposure to real-world projects, tech stacks, and engineering teams

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile teams
- Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance
- Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to DevSecOps, testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and development trends

Back-End Tools:

Databases:
- MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
Software Engineering Fundamentals:
- RESTful APIs, microservices, DevSecOps concepts
- Agile development methodology
- Version control with Git
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience or interest in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
