Corporate Claims Subdirector - Experience in fraud prevention

Job Objective:

Strategically lead the company's comprehensive claims operation, ensuring efficient management of the complete process, from initial adjustment and damage assessment to repair, follow-up, and delivery.

Main Functions:

• Strategically direct the corporate claims operation.
• Supervise and optimize the integral process of claims attention and resolution.
• Guarantee adequate management from adjustment, damage assessment, and determination of responsibilities, to repair, follow-up, and delivery.
• Supervise processes related to total losses.
• Develop strategies for fraud detection and prevention.
• Establish and negotiate agreements with large agencies and strategic providers related to claims repair and attention.
• Evaluate opportunities for improvement in processes, response times, costs, and the insured's experience.
• Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the area.
• Design and implement digital tools that allow for the improvement and streamlining of the claims process.
• Drive projects such as digitalization of the adjustment process, digital damage assessment, tracking applications, and other technological solutions.
• Direct and develop the leaders and teams that make up the area.
• Ensure a strategic and corporate vision of the claims operation.

Requirements:

*Solid and specialized experience in claims within the insurance sector. *Current or recent experience working directly in an insurance company. *Comprehensive mastery of the claims process:

• Adjustment.
• Damage assessment.
• Repair.
• Follow-up.
• Delivery.
• Total losses.
• Fraud detection.

*Experience in leadership positions at the Subdirector level or equivalent, with the capacity to evolve toward a corporate responsibility of greater scope. *Experience negotiating and developing agreements with large agencies and strategic providers. *Experience participating in or leading innovation, process improvement, and/or digital transformation projects applied to claims. *Full availability to relocate to San Luis Potosí, in case currently living in another city.
