Process Engineering

Objective:

Plan and execute process improvement projects and new product launches, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities related to the development of new processes for new products, equipment, and machinery.
• Prepare technical reports for the different stages of product development, based on performance and validation results.
• Provide technical support to Production when necessary and coordinate improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Actively participate in innovation, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate in the development, validation, and qualification of special processes.
• Prepare, maintain, and update the technical documentation of the area, including PFMEA, Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
• Coordinate and participate in technical meetings related to the development of new products, processes, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Completed university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of documentation for the definition and control of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and application of quality tools.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and blueprints.
• 2 years of experience in process, production, manufacturing, or continuous improvement areas within the industry.
