SAP Specialist with Exp. in manufacturing plants - SAP MM, SD AND TM

Objective:

Incorporate a technical and analytical profile to provide support for daily operations and participate primarily in the development of projects, new functionalities, and technological solutions, including the upcoming migration project from SAP S/4HANA 2020 on-premise to S/4HANA 2025 in the cloud.

Main Functions:

• Gather and document requirements with internal users.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze, design, and develop technological solutions.
• Participate in implementation, evolution, and system improvement projects.
• Provide technical and functional support to internal users.
• Attend to and resolve incidents related to the systems.
• Participate in the configuration and adjustment of solutions within the scope of the position.
• Perform technical and functional testing of developed solutions.
• Document processes, solutions, configurations, and changes made.
• Train internal users regarding new functionalities or solutions.
• Interact with technological providers and external consultants.
• Participate in the evolution and maintenance of SAP solutions.
• Contribute to the migration project towards SAP S/4HANA 2025.
• Analyze high-complexity problems and propose sustainable solutions.
• Participate in technological projects with an approximate orientation of 70–80% towards projects and 20–30% towards support, depending on operational needs.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in TI/SAP, ideally within production plants and high-complexity operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and its business processes, mainly MM, SD, and TM.
• Technical profile with experience in software engineering and development, application design, databases, and programming languages.
• Experience in integrations and system architecture: Web/Windows Forms applications, Data Interfaces, Middleware, and knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
• High analytical and problem-solving capacity, as well as experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, testing, documentation, and support to internal users.
