Recruitment Consultant (seeking a career change?)

About the company

We're recruiting for a major national charity supporting people with mental health challenges into meaningful employment.

Your tasks

You'll still be building employer relationships, generating vacancies, matching people to opportunities and hitting targets. But instead of generating recruitment fees, you'll be helping people transform their lives.

• Proactively speak to 5–6 employers each week to develop job opportunities.
• Support people with applications, interviews and securing employment.
• Build relationships with employers and NHS professionals.
• Manage your own caseload, diary and employment targets.
• Work across Brent, meeting clients in community locations such as cafés and libraries.

Requirements

_Who We're Looking For_ We're specifically seeking recruitment consultants who have:

• At least 12 months' continuous employment with the same recruitment company.
• Experience working towards recruitment targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• A genuine desire to make a difference.

Permanent or temporary recruitment backgrounds are welcome. No previous charity or mental health experience is required.
