We're recruiting for a Horticulture Tutor Assessor to deliver Level 2 City & Guilds horticulture programmes, helping learners develop the skills and confidence to build careers in the sector. You'll spend the mornings delivering classroom-based learning, with afternoons focused on practical activities and assessments covering landscaping, plant production and grounds maintenance. You'll be supporting no more than 20 learners across two programmes, with additional support staff on hand, so you won't be doing everything yourself! What we're looking for:

- Assessor qualification or teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS).
- Strong practical horticulture experience.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
- Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others.
