- * Manage integrations with GPS (AVL) service providers and follow up on technical requirements. * Coordinate consumption tests, validation, and functionality of integrations. * Provide technical support and follow up on incidents related to connectivity and information exchange between systems. * Coordinate meetings with providers and internal areas to ensure the fulfillment of objectives. * Follow up on performance indicators, response times, and service levels. * Document processes, incidents, and integration results. * Collaborate in the implementation of new technologies and system improvements.
- Technical Knowledge
- * Knowledge in SQL and API´s * Management of monitoring and service management tools, such as Jira Service Management. * Knowledge in support and incident management tools, such as Freshdesk. * 100% spoken and written English.
