Your tasks

Description At the heart of operations, you act as a true coordinator between the various actors in the supply chain. You ensure the monitoring of flows, in maritime transport, but also air transport, from the organization of shipments to their successful receipt. You are in direct contact with suppliers, carriers, partners, as well as internal teams, particularly sales and receiving teams.

Your role consists of managing operations with rigor, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. You are attentive to logistics costs and are able to identify optimization levers, or even participate in the renegotiation of certain contracts. You also ensure precise administrative follow-up of files and know how to escalate important information to guarantee the fluidity of operations.

Requirements

In a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment, you know how to manage priorities and face pressure. Versatile, you do not hesitate to provide support on cross-functional missions when necessary.

We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with excellent communication skills. You have a good command of transit operations (container management, incoterms, port fees) as well as basics in international regulations and customs constraints. A very good level of English is indispensable to evolve in an international context. You are also comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel.

This position is intended for a committed profile, capable of adapting quickly and working within a logic of collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
