Experienced Operations Specialist

A tourism company is looking for an experienced, precise Operations Specialist to manage and operate projects and closed groups abroad.

• The role includes absolute responsibility for the entire operational system towards suppliers, and meticulous coordination with Account Managers until the group departs and returns safely.

Areas of Responsibility and Job Description:

• End-to-end operation of closed groups, from the moment the quotation is approved.
• Learning trip details and implementing them.
• Full logistical coordination of all trip components: flights, hotels, restaurants, buses, site entries, guides, etc.
• Working with multiple interfaces:
• Account Managers: close work and continuous, fast, and professional response.
• Aviation Department
• Accounting

Job Requirements:

• Proven prior experience in an operations role in an outbound tourism company – Mandatory.
• Experience in group operations (organized or closed/incentive) – Advantage.
• Proficiency and familiarity with the Odyssey system – Advantage.
• Full proficiency in Office applications (with emphasis on Excel).
• Good level of English (writing and speaking) – conducting negotiations and continuous correspondence with suppliers abroad.
• Ability to work under pressure: ability to function in a dynamic environment, solve crises in real-time, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
• Proactive attitude (Rash Gadol).
• Immediate availability – Significant advantage.
