Product Specialist

Our client is a forward-looking lifestyle brand that aims to promote good design appreciation through the furniture products they carry. They are looking to hire a highly motivated, efficient, and hands-on Product Specialist to join their team.

Product Specialist (Based in Singapore) Workweek - 5.5 days (including weekends and public holidays) Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and lighting products suitable for their needs
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable product recommendations
• Develop a good understanding of our furniture, lighting and represented brands
• Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience
• Support day-to-day retail operations and showroom activities

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing environment
• Genuine interest in furniture, interior design and lifestyle products
• Willing to learn about our products and the brands we represent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive and approachable
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
