Technical Sales Manager (Epoxy / PU Flooring Project) - VTTO

Our client is a leading provider of construction materials and technical solutions serving the building and construction industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth for their flooring solutions business in Singapore. They are located in the North - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth targets for flooring solutions.

Identify and secure new customers, projects, applications, and business opportunities while developing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

Provide technical support through product presentations, site demonstrations, trials, technical recommendations, specifications, troubleshooting, and project consultations.

Manage key accounts, project opportunities, distributors, and sales channels from initial enquiry through project award, while monitoring pipelines, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Lead and support the sales team through target setting, pipeline reviews, field coaching, technical training, and performance monitoring, while working closely with internal technical, operations, quality, R&D, and service teams.

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in technical sales, construction chemicals, flooring systems, building materials, or related B2B industries.

Good understanding of Singapore's construction industry, project sales processes, and technical solution selling.

Proven track record in sales, business development, project development, and key account management.

Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team, with the ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve commercial targets.
