Supply Chain Coordinator (No Experience Required) | 3 Months Contract |East

Our client is a Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics shipments, including freight bookings, planning and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in resolving shipment issues such as missing or damaged cargo and delivery delays.
• Support daily logistics coordination, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Assist with tracking outstanding orders and ensuring timely follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required – training will be provided!
• Candidates with or without logistics experience are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related fields is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and work with different internal teams and logistics partners.
