About the company
Our client is one of the leading players in the Semiconductor sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Supplier Quality Engineer to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Your tasks
Responsibilities of Supplier Quality Engineer****
- Audit, qualify, and manage suppliers to ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Drive supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor supplier KPIs (PPM, on-time delivery, SCARs) and lead CAPA/root cause investigations
- Review supplier processes, documentation, and quality systems for alignment with requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams during NPI and supplier transitions to embed quality planning early
- Support incoming inspections and evaluate critical processes (e.g. welding qualifications) where required
Requirements
- Min Degree in engineering field
- Min 3 years of supplier quality experience in equipment manufacturing industry
- Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem-solving
- Willing to travel to supplier sites when required
