Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise oligonucleotide chemistry workflows involving nucleotides, modified nucleotides, short oligonucleotides, linkers, protecting groups, and related substrates.
• Develop and troubleshoot enzymatic nucleic acid synthesis reactions, including reaction conditions, product formation, and impurity profiles.
• Conduct analytical characterisation of oligonucleotide products using techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, PAGE, CE, UV/Vis, or other relevant methods.
• Develop experimental protocols, analyse results, troubleshoot technical challenges, and document findings through SOPs, reports, and laboratory records.
