Retail Supervisor | Up to $3,000 | 5 Days

Our client is a leading retail company with multiple outlets across the East region. Working Days: 5 days per week Working Hours: 10:30am – 10:00pm Locations: Paya Lebar / Bedok / Tampines / Pasir Ris Must be willing to travel between outlets when required. Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation and performance management. Provide excellent customer service, handle enquiries and resolve customer issues. Ensure store operations, inventory and merchandising standards are well maintained. Support initiatives to improve sales, store efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work with the management team on marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of retail supervisory or managerial experience. Strong customer service and people management skills. Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to work across different outlets when required.
