Regional Finance Manager (MNC Industrial Engineering)

Our client is an Japan MNC , one of the leading players in the Industrial Engineering sector . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a [Job Position] to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Job Description:

• Partner with senior management and regional business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Lead finance improvement initiatives, process enhancements and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee regional financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and consistent accounting practices.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, highlighting business performance, risks and opportunities.
• Review financial results and recommend actions to strengthen profitability, cash flow and financial stability.
• Coordinate statutory audits, address audit queries and ensure timely completion of audited financial statements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, including relevant filings and documentation across applicable jurisdictions.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow, funding, foreign exchange exposure and banking relationships.
• Provide financial evaluation and due diligence support for investments and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop finance teams, strengthening technical capabilities and business partnering skills.
• Support special projects and other assignments as required

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including taxation, with strong expertise in strategic planning and financial management
