Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care in the department by assessing, planning, and reviewing patient care, while following best practices.
• Support the management with planning and administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular evaluations and updates of nursing procedures, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory clinical care standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in clinical practices and ensure patient care is delivered safely.
