Lithography Process Engineer ( Semiconductor )

Your tasks

Support lithography process operations and drive process engineering activities for the eWLB production line to meet customer quality, delivery, and performance requirements. This role reports directly to the Manager, eWLB Process Engineering.

Monitor and improve process capability to consistently meet customer requirements.

Perform process characterization and data analysis using statistical methodologies.

Ensure timely material disposition to support production and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction, process development, yield improvement, cost reduction, capacity enhancement, and productivity initiatives.

Interface with customers on technical discussions, audits, site visits, and quality-related issues.

Evaluate, select, and qualify new process equipment.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process stability, product quality, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.

Conduct regular process capability reviews and identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements.

Develop and maintain process technology roadmaps.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Lithography Process Engineering within a Wafer Fabrication, Bumping, Advanced Packaging, or Semiconductor Manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), process characterization, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
