Group Finance Manager (Regional/ Consolidation/Treasury)

Our client is a  Precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturing Industry  . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a  Group Finance Manager  to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the  West  - easily accessible. Key Responsibilities for Group Finance Manager: Lead the Group’s  monthly financial closing  and ensure timely and accurate  management and statutory reporting .

Oversee  Group consolidation  and ensure compliance with  IFRS/SFRS  and Group accounting policies.

Review  complex accounting matters , balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.

Ensure strong  financial controls  and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Support  budgeting, forecasting, working capital management , and statutory audit processes.

Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Develop, review, and maintain finance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Oversee  cash flow management, liquidity planning , and day-to-day treasury operations.

Monitor  banking facilities, loan repayments, foreign exchange exposure , and covenant compliance.

Partner with  business leaders  to provide financial insights and support  strategic decision-making .

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification

8–10 years of progressive finance experience

Experience in Group consolidation and financial reporting
