Our client is MNC in the Semiconductor manufacturing Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Electrical Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Your tasks

About The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, product reliability, technical improvements, and cost optimisation while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities for Electrical Engineer

• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of electronic power products throughout their production lifecycle.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis to enhance product performance, quality, and reliability.
• Develop test plans and procedures, perform product verification, and prepare technical reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support ongoing production activities.
• Drive product improvements, cost optimisation, and alternative component qualification.
• Develop and improve automated testing systems using hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and reliability evaluations to identify potential design and production issues.
• Investigate product failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support product compliance, component lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant experience i n electronics product development, electrical engineering, or sustaining engineering.
• Strong knowledge of analogue, digital, and power electronics, including circuit analysis and component selection.
• Hands-on experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, laboratory equipment, and product verification.
• Knowledge of quality and problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, DOE, and statistical analysis.
