Club Manager (Operations & Facilities) - VTAL

About the company

Our client is one of the leading players in recreational club. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Club General Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.

Your tasks

• Oversee the promotion and marketing of the club’s facilities and services to maximise utilisation and membership participation.
• Plan, organise and manage club events, activities and courses to deliver engaging experiences and high levels of member satisfaction.
• Enhance the club’s brand positioning, public relations and service standards to strengthen its image and reputation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive membership growth, achieve revenue targets and support the club’s overall business objectives.
• Manage the club’s financial, administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth operations, effective resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Lead the planning, budgeting and performance evaluation of club programmes, events and initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitor and analyse membership trends, programme participation and facility utilisation to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with community organisations, corporate partners and key stakeholders to expand the club’s network and enhance its offerings.
• Oversee member feedback, complaints and service recovery matters to maintain service excellence and strengthen member relationships.
• Coordinate committee meetings and collaborate with volunteer leaders to develop programmes and activities that meet members’ needs and interests.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or club management industry.
• Experience in sports and event management, community engagement, marketing or strategic planning will be an advantage.
