About the company

Join a friendly and growing accountancy practice We are looking for an experienced Practice Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis in our Cottingham office.

Your tasks

This is primarily a year-end accounts preparation role. You’ll spend most of your time preparing accounts and supporting working papers for review, rather than managing a large portfolio of clients.

  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and control accounts.
  • Reviewing bookkeeping records and identifying discrepancies, unusual items or missing information.

  • Confidence using accounting and bookkeeping software.
