Your tasks

If you enjoy practical work, solving problems and wiring with people AND you want to build a rewarding career in warehouse and operational management. This is the role for you! Perhaps you already help to train colleagues or have experience coordinating deliveries or stock and want to step up… or you have leadership experience and are ready to develop it further!

Working in an important role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, with full training provided, your role would look like:

• Coordinating goods in – unloading, documenting and checking deliveries
• Inspecting and testing products to ensure no issues or problems
• Overseeing and organising stock and making sure items are ready for dispatch and on schedule
• Supporting and guiding the team in daily operations
• Working with couriers regarding collections and dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records, including stock check and systems
• Ensuring health and safety

Requirements

• Are you experienced in warehouse, logistics or operations and ready for a new role with responsibility?
• Are you motivated, hands-on and reliable?
• Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and ensuring everything is organised?
• Do you want to work with a range of award-winning products?

You don’t have to have been a Team Leader before… but you do need to have is a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to take on new challenges!

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistic, dispatch or similar (supervisor experience beneficial)
• Proactive approach to take on responsibilities
• Good communication
• Organisation skills
