  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Helping to drive a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture across the business

About you:

You’ll ideally have experience as a Health and Safety Manager, Health and Safety Advisor or a similar senior H&S professional, ideally within construction, building services, mechanical, electrical or facilities management.

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
  • Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
  • Experience with RAMS, site inspections, audits and accident investigations
  • Experience managing contractors and subcontractor compliance
  • Confidence working with site teams, clients and senior stakeholders
  • A full UK diving license and willingness to travel to sites is essential.
  • NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership at TechIOSH or CertIOSH level would be advantageous.

What’s on offer:

  • £45,000 per annum
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • A varied mix of office and site-based work
  • Genuine ownership of Health and Safety across the business
  • Direct involvement with senior management and operational teams
  • The opportunity to influence standards, behaviors and processes
  • A role where your input can make a real difference to both safety and business performance
  • The chance to join an established and growing contractor with a strong reputation in its sector
