The company are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team. Working with a trusted local company delivering projects for police authorities, the NHS, universities, councils, and private clients throughout the North East. Key Duties: Carrying out general property maintenance and repair works Undertaking a range of trade tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and general building work Completing both reactive maintenance works and planned project work to a high standard across a variety of sites Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally Maintaining excellent customer service when working in occupied properties Candidate Requirement: Proven experience as a multi-skilled operative or in a similar role Competence across multiple trades Full UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Positive attitude and strong work ethic Company Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £17.00 per hour (equivalent to £35,360 per annum based on a 40-hour working week). 40-hour working week. 30 days annual leave including bank holidays.
