Good Bonus - AWS + Variable Bonus / Permanent Role · Machine & Tooling Setup: Set upmulti-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls, complex sliders, and auxiliaryequipment. · Process Optimization: Program andfine-tune critical parameters (multi-stage injection speeds, hold pressures,melt temperatures, and cycle times) for high-performance resins (e.g., PEEK,LCP, PPS, PEI). · Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnoseand rectify technical molding defects such as micro-flash, gas burns, voids,sink marks, and warping to minimize downtime and scrap rates. · Automation & Robotics: Operate,set up, and troubleshoot 3-axis/5-axis robotic sprue pickers and automatedvision inspection systems. · Mould Care & Maintenance: Performpreventative maintenance on molds, cleaning tool inserts, core pins, andparting lines to maximize tooling longevity. Job Requirements: · Education: Nitec, Higher Nitec, orDiploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology,or a related technical discipline. · Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years ofhands-on experience in high-precision plastic injection moulding, ideallywithin the semiconductor or electronics tooling sectors. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic
