Your tasks

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

• Manage daily operations across three stores, including staff coordination, product displays, inventory, and service standards.
• Serve Chinese-Indonesian and Chinese customers in Mandarin while building strong customer relationships.
• Engage with customers through WeChat and other Chinese social media platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor store sales, gather customer feedback, and report updates to the management team.
• Handle other retail operational tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements

Are you fluent in Mandarin and passionate about retail operations and customer engagement? We are currently looking for a 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and delivering excellent retail service.

• Fresh graduates with fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese are welcome to apply
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
• Familiar with WeChat; experience using WeChat Groups, Moments, and customer engagement features is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Willing to work in a retail environment.
• Minimum education: High school graduate; a university degree is preferred.
