Logistics Ops Executive - Control Tower (Up $4000, 3 mths, East)

Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics shipments, from pickup to delivery.

Plan freight, consolidate shipments and arrange transport bookings.

Monitor On-Time Delivery and resolve shipment issues such as delays, shortages and damaged/missing cargo.

Review daily freight reports and follow up on outstanding orders.

Liaise with internal Supply Chain teams, 3PLs, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.

Support logistics cost efficiency and process improvement.

Requirements Degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business.

2–6 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably in transportation or distribution.

Knowledge of freight, international trade and outbound logistics processes.

Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good Microsoft Excel skills; experience with TMS/QlikView is an advantage.
