📍Location: Changi South (Expo/Changi Business Park) 💰Pay: Up to $3300/month + AWS + VB 📅Duration: Permanent Full-time Job ⏰Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Benefit: Monthly Public Transport Reimbursement

Yearly Salary Increment (based on performance review)

Job Responsibilities: Assist in daily operations of the MIS department, including problem determination, evaluation, and corrections.

Phone system support

Global User Ticket Entry

User Desktop Support for Costa Rica (Operating System, applications, Hardware, external devices)

Remote support for Satellite locations (US, Asia, Europe, South America)

Procurement functions and relationships pertaining to the necessary hardware and software needed to properly maintain company information systems.

Job Requirements: Relevant qualification or studies in IT, Computer Science or a related field .

Prior experience in Helpdesk or IT Support is preferred.
