[Expressing of Interest] Manufacturing/Production Engineer

Our client, an established manufacturing group serving customers in the electronics and technology industries Roles & Responsibilities Design and optimize production line layout, workflow, and tooling to support efficient manufacturing Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and lower cost of production Support capacity planning and line balancing across production programs Work with Assembly, Test, and Quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and process issues Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline Minimum 2-4 years of manufacturing/production engineering experience in an electronics or precision manufacturing environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with line layout planning, tooling design, and capacity/throughput analysis Strong hands-on, floor-based problem-solving orientation
