Job Title: Senior Events & Sponsorship Executive Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: London Contract: 12-month FTC – maternity cover Reference: 10609

Recruit UK is working with an established financial services organisation looking to appoint a Senior Events & Sponsorship Executive on a min 12 month FTC. This is a hands-on role within the marketing team, taking responsibility for delivering a varied programme of events, sponsorship activity and integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to create engaging client and prospect experiences while ensuring activity delivers measurable commercial value. The role You’ll be involved across the full events and sponsorship lifecycle, including: Planning and delivering conferences, webinars, networking events and sponsorship activations Supporting the annual events and sponsorship strategy Managing venues, suppliers, agencies and event technology partners Coordinating registrations, communications, hospitality and event logistics Managing event budgets and monitoring commercial outcomes Maximising sponsorship opportunities through effective activation and campaign support Developing marketing campaigns and content to promote events Producing post-event reporting, insights and ROI analysis Building strong relationships with internal, regional and external stakeholders What we’re looking for: Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, professional services or another regulated environment (essential) Events, sponsorship or marketing experience (essential) Comfortable managing events from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation Strong project management, organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills Experience managing budgets and external suppliers Familiarity with platforms such as Cvent, Zoom Webinar or similar event technology (advantageous) Benefits: £50,000 salary 25 days holiday + BH + increase with service 4 x DIS Pension PMI / Dental Other flexible benefits If you’re an experienced events and sponsorship professional looking for your next opportunity within financial services reach out to hear more
