About the company
The Opportunity Recruit UK is working with an established and growing wealth management firm in St Albans that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planner.
Your tasks
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser looking to join a supportive business offering an existing client portfolio, company-generated leads and dedicated paraplanning support.
You will manage and develop clients transitioning from existing advisers and recent acquisitions, while building long-term relationships and growing your client portfolio.
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients.
- Provide financial advice across pensions, investments and protection.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new business through company-provided leads and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships.
- Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure FCA compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
