About the company
Recruit UK is working with a rapidly growing financial planning firm in Norwich looking to recruit both experienced Financial Advisers and Associate Financial Advisers to join its expanding team.
Your tasks
- Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
- Conduct client meetings, financial reviews and detailed fact-finding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals and professional introducers.
- Deliver suitable, compliant financial recommendations.
- Work towards individual performance targets with ongoing mentoring and support.
Requirements
Whether you're an established Financial Adviser looking for a fresh opportunity or a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner or financial services professional looking to take your first step into advice, this firm offers comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring and excellent earning potential.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Experience within financial services, whether in advice, paraplanning or financial planning support.
- Good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition to develop and progress within financial advice.
Previous experience as a Financial Adviser is not essential. Diploma-qualified candidates looking to transition into advice are encouraged to apply.

- Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 DOE.
- Uncapped bonus: 40% of production above validation.
