Job Summary
Join a Wealth Management Internship to develop financial literacy and advisory skills, gain industry exposure, and build professional networks through mentorship and training by experienced leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop financial literacy and advisory skills by completing professional certifications relevant to wealth management
- Engage with organization members through chats and events to enhance industry knowledge and communication skills
- Build meaningful professional networks by participating in networking opportunities within the financial services sector
- Receive one-to-one mentorship from experienced professionals to gain insights on personal and career development
- Learn about wealth management strategies including retirement planning, wealth expansion, and preservation
- Understand risk management principles by calculating corporate and individual risks
- Design and architect financial portfolios to meet client needs
- Apply sales and marketing concepts to support client acquisition and retention
- Gain exposure to business management and entrepreneurship principles relevant to financial services
- Experience organizational culture and executive leadership through structured training sessions
Required competencies and certifications
- Must have full working rights in Singapore (no sponsorship provided)
- Must be at least 21 years old due to regulatory requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Graduated from local polytechnics, IB Diploma, A Levels, or universities, or currently an undergraduate from these institutions
- No prior experience required; open to candidates eager to learn and grow in wealth management

- Duration: 4-8 weeks
- Monthly allowance: Up to $2000 for undergraduates, up to $4000 for graduates
- Flexible working hours
- Location: Central Business District (CBD) and Work From Home (WFH) options available
