Sales Executive – Wellness Packages

Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell wellness packages at Singapore Cruise Centre. Key Responsibilities Engage customers and introduce available wellness packages. Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable packages. Explain package prices, inclusions, terms and promotions accurately. Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities. Work towards agreed sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and assist with sales-related administration. Coordinate with the operations team on customer bookings and service arrangements. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching customers and conducting face-to-face sales. Customer-focused, responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service would be an advantage.
