Your tasks
- Develop process calculation for unit process, piping loss and pump head calculations.
- Develop P&ID, PFD and mass balance.
- Manage detailed design of PID and mass balance.
- Ensure timely submission of process deliverables, including PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing, HAZOP study report etc.
- Involve in HAZOP study for the overall plant and its system/ sub-system.
- Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
- Analyze and review current processes and streamline the process for improvement, enhancement and productivity calculation, sequence of operation, unit improvement and process troubleshooting.
- Attend technical meetings with Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Internal Project Team.
- Support Software FAT, and commissioning plantwide.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the wastewater treatment technologies
