Senior Finance Executive Up to S$5,500 basic + mobile allowance + variable bonus + AWS

Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

A leading regional property developer with a strong presence across Asia, the company is involved in property development and investment, with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial and integrated developments. Key Responsibilities Manage AP, AR, payments, GL, fixed assets, CapEx and month-end closing.

Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

Handle GST returns and review corporate tax computations.

Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, journals and supporting schedules.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial team.

Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.

Support HQ and outsourced finance teams on reporting and AR/AP processes.

Work with IT on finance system initiatives and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.

8+ years of relevant finance/accounting/audit experience.

Must have experience in real estate or property development.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, GST and tax compliance.

Experience with Yardi or IFCA is preferred.

CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.

Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
