Sales Coordinator

Up till $3,300 basic + Variable Bonus Work Location: Pasir Panjang Rd Work time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Established FMCG Company with 70+ Years of Heritage Well-Known Food & Beverage Brands & Products Regional Exposure Across Singapore & Southeast Asia Exposure to Sourcing, Distribution & Brand Development Job Description: Servicing of existing and new customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers  Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads Monitor their regular order patterns and inventory needs. Proactively recommend re-orders or stock replenishment based on usage trends. Process and manage all sales orders retrieved from various channels accurately and promptly. Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records. Coordinate with customers, internal Sales team, and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.  Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints; escalate to relevant parties when necessary. Maintain and update daily sales data Assist in preparing sales quotations and handling enquiries in alignment with the S&M Manager.  Perform administrative duties such as filing, printing of store orders, and preparation of visitation forms. Sales support- assist in phone-in orders, quoting prices based on agreed terms with the S&M Manager.  Support the Sales team in the execution of promotional activities and price updates. Maintain records of competitor activities, advertisements, and industry insights as assigned. Handle incoming calls from the general line and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.  Ensure timely and courteous responses to all incoming queries.  Ad Hoc Responsibilities such as support field sales operations when needed. Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the S&M Manager. Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator Sales & Marketing knowledge is advantageous
