Strategic & Executive Leadership: Oversees the complete lifecycle of electrical construction and installation projects, managing budgets, timelines, safety compliance, and technical coordination.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scopes, set deliverable goals, and build detailed timelines using tools like Primavera/Revit or project management software.
Cost & Budget Management: Prepare initial estimates, track project expenditures, manage variation orders (VO), and control financial performance to prevent overruns.
Site Supervision & Operations: Oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and monitor planned versus actual progress.
Technical Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all electrical systems (such as LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, and ELV systems) adhere to local building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
Testing & Commissioning: Lead the testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical installations, including as-built drawings and operation manual.
Risk & Safety Management: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and establish contingency plans for site bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary link between clients, main contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Electrical System (LV/HV, power distribution, lighting, ELV, and related system) including project management and engineering roles.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in electrical systems design, installation, testing and Commissioning.
What we offer
Up till $5,000 - $10,000 basic + $80 mobile allowance + $550 transport allowance (Own vehicle or using company vehicle) + Variable bonus + Annual Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
Work Location: Changi Airport (Project: Changi Airport 5)
Work time: 5 days work week (Although is 5 days work week, but as nature of the responsibility, 24/7 (On stand by mode) is required)
