Order Management Coordinator | Up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus

Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + AWS + Bonus Location: Woodlands Industry: Manufacturing Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM

Be the link between customers and operations We're looking for an organised coordinator to manage customer orders and work closely with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment. Responsibilities Manage customer sales orders from processing to fulfilment Follow up on quotations and outstanding orders Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics Monitor stock availability and delivery schedules Keep customers updated on order progress Handle customer enquiries and basic product support Maintain accurate records in the system Prepare sales and inventory reports Assist the sales team with coordination and administrative work Requirements Experience in order management, sales coordination, customer service or a similar role Strong organisational and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge is a plus Ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination, customer interaction and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
